Hello Beauty Goddesses!
I don’t know about you guys but I’m sick and tired of acne ruining my day! I think everyone has had that one zit that seems to never go away or that group of pimples that just wont leave. Make a cup of chamomile tea. Place 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring the water to a boil and add 2 tsp. dried chamomile blossoms. Alternatively, brew a cup of chamomile tea using a teabag.
Put a lid on the saucepan and allow the chamomile tea to brew for 1 minute. Remove the saucepan from the burner and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Use the mask once every week.
Place 1/4 cup of rolled oats or old fashioned oatmeal into a blender or coffee grinder. Process the oats until a coarse powder is formed.
Measure 1/4 cup of the chamomile tea into a bowl, and then stir in the oatmeal. Add 2 drops of olive oil or sweet almond oil, 2 tbsp. natural honey, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Stir until blended. If your skin is sensitive or inflamed, omit the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Wash your face with a warm washcloth. Massage the mask gently onto your skin. Allow the mask to remain on your face for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
Hey Girls!
With the months getting colder our skin is getting dryer (or at least mine is!) which means its the perfect time of year for an amazing weekly skin “pick-me-up” right?! I know I can’t stand when my skin get a little flaky (eww!) here and there, so I tried some masks out and found that this one was the most FAB! This mask will rid your skin of impurities and will leave your skin feeling better than ever! Please give me some feed back if anyone tries it!
xoxo,
P.S. So sorry for the delay!

Place 2 tbsp. of plain yogurt in a small mixing bowl. Use full-fat yogurt, as the fat in the yogurt will hydrate and moisturize the skin!
Step 2
Stir in 1 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. cooked oatmeal and the contents of 1 vitamin E capsule. Allow the oatmeal to cool before adding it to the facial mixture.
Wash your face with warm water, and then remove the excess water from your skin with a soft towel. Smooth the hydrating facial mask on your damp skin and allow it to remain for 15 to 20 minutes.
Rinse your face, and then pat your skin dry. Finish by applying your favorite moisturizer.
Step 5
Look in the mirror to see AND feel your renewed skin!

I love achieving the perfect “cat” eye! I must admit getting for it to look perfect takes some practice. So I put together the perfect make up combo with some how- to tips! Its simple and FABULOUS! The best part is that it is so easy to pull of, if you do it right!
xoxo,

2. For a traditional cat-eye look, use a sharp eyeliner pencil and dot along the root of the lashes, from inner to outer eye, following the natural curve precisely. Stop at the point where your pupil ends and begin to subtly slant upward, carrying out the line as far as you like. In most cases, about a quarter of an inch looks good. Try slightly more if you’re going for more drama.
If you desire a fatter line, retrace your steps, only filling in a bit wider as you go.
If you feel like your hand is steady enough, try using a brush. I love using a bent-angle brush, which has a handle that bends in the middle, so when drawing on the lash line you have the perspective of a second party. It’s an amazing little tool. And it’s perfect for shadow or cream liner.
Evenly distribute shadow liner on your brush, press the shadow as you place it along your lash line, moving the brush in the same slanting upward path. This technique will give a more translucent finish.
Lastly, don’t be intimidated by liquid eyeliners. Just look for ones with small, firm, preferably tiny padded points. And make sure when you test them, that not too much liquid comes out of the applicator.

3. After all this, Don’t forget to apply a GENEROUS amount of mascara!

Flip your head over for about 2-4 minutes daily. This may sound weird but it tends to stimulate hair follicles by reversing the flow of blood.
When using conditioners to avoid tangles and provide moisture, apply the product only on the lower half of your hair, particularly focusing on the dry ends and carefully avoiding the scalp.
In addition, do not shampoo your hair too often and do not try to brush wet hair when striving for faster hair growth to get long hair. It is better to comb semi-moist hair with the help of a wide teethed comb.
Prepare a homemade hair mask to accelerate hair growth by mixing a tablespoon of honey in one egg yolk. Apply this on the scalp and leave it for about half an hour. Finally, rinse your hair with mildly lukewarm water to remove the sticky mixture. Follow this procedure at least once every week.
Trimming your hair helps to get rid of split ends. Although split ends do not stop hair growth yet, they are considered unfavorable because if they are not eliminated then your hair will grow in split ends, diving into further split ends thereby counteracting the whole charm of having long hair.
Therefore, it is advised that you get your hair trimmed on a regular basis. In fact, most of the hair experts recommend that hair should be trimmed every 6-8 weeks.
However, you must be wondering that getting frequent hair cuts will defy the very purpose of achieving faster hair growth. But, this is not the case. Basically, the ends of your hair grow older as the strands of hair grow longer. These older strands can only be trimmed; they cannot be repaired.
Plus, normal day-to-day wear and tear tends to erode the ends, thereby giving rise to split ends that make hair susceptible to breakage. Thus, your hair will surely grow but they will not grow properly if you do not remove these split ends at least every 10-12 weeks.
Chemical and heat treatments like curling irons on hair gradually make them fragile prone to breakage. Even hair dryers should not be used too frequently as they tend to make hair dry.
In fact, it is better to use a leave-in conditioner before blow drying your hair. Moreover, use the dryer on the ends and middle portion, carefully avoiding hair on the scalp to minimize damage.

Whether you’re bloated from the food you ate last night, your period, or you simply just want a flatter looking tummy, these tips are great for a smaller (or smaller looking) stomach!
xoxo,
p.s. If you want long term results for a flatter tummy, watch your carb intake! Give yourself a numbered amount of carbs you can have each day. Also, if you’re “just have to” have a carb binge, go for fruit! Its brain food, not fat food!
1. GO HIGH WAISTED
It draws attention to your true waist, making you look thinner.
2. WORK ON YOUR BACK MUSCLES
A strong back is crucial to good posture, which sucks in the stomach pooch. Good posture is an instant slimmer.
3. AVOID THE THREE C’S

Ladies always remember there’s no better diet, than a healthy; paced diet. Don’t give up just because you cheat a little here and there! Just make up a little punishment for yourself such as an extra 10 minutes in work out or push-ups!

1. Looking for quick fixes through fad diets
The mind tends to resist when it feels deprived, and the result is loss of control over food. The body needs the right nutrition to function well, and without it, fat-burning can slow down so that you hang on to fat instead of releasing it. Quick test: If you can’t picture yourself following the plan for a lifetime, don’t bother for even a few weeks.
2. No regular exercise
The people who are most successful with weight and fitness tend to be active on a regular basis, yet most dieters don’t take advantage of this wonderful tool.
3. Undereating
The body has a wonderful ability to slow down its metabolism when it’s not getting enough fuel to function. Undereating means losing fat more slowly, and when normal eating resumes, putting it back on faster.
4. Skipping meals
Going without food for too long can result in overeating due to ravenous hunger and a slower metabolism. Consider smaller portions, four or five times a day.
5. Drinking too many calories and not drinking enough water
Liquid calories count just as much as the solid variety, only they don’t satisfy you. On the other hand, not drinking enough water can lead to thirst that can be confused with hunger. But being hydrated helps the bod
